A planning application has been submitted for 9 new dwellings off Paper Mill Drive. They will be off the right hand side as you walk through the subway from Broadwas Close towards the Arrow Valley Country Park.
The plans appear to show a new access road to be built off Paper Mill Drive, the felling of a number of trees, and I am concerned about the proximity of this development to the Arrow Valley Country Park. If there is to be anything built here I would prefer to see something that provides amenity to local residents or employment opportunities, not more housing.
